Why the Lean-To?

The Lean-To is designed for property owners who need to make the most of limited space. Its low profile and simple roofline make it easy to tuck against an existing fence, wall, or outbuilding — using a boundary that's already there as a natural backdrop. The result is a setup that looks intentional, not tacked on.

Despite its slim profile, the Lean-To doesn't compromise on quality or interior function. You get the same LP SmartSide® siding, galvanized hardware cloth, and solid framing as every other Amish-built coop we carry, with nesting boxes and roosting bars included. The angled roof channels rain away efficiently and stands up to Central Texas wind.

The Lean-To is also one of the easiest styles to expand with an attached run on the open side. Because the back is designed to sit flush against a structure, the front and sides are the natural places for run attachment or additional access doors.
