Our coops range from around $995 for a small tractor up to $5,000+ for a large custom build. Most standard-size fixed coops fall in the $1,200–$3,500 range depending on style and size. Most styles are available in multiple sizes, and we offer a range of upgrades: automatic coop doors, additional windows, predator-proof run attachments, cupolas and weathervanes, interior lighting, custom paint/stain colors, and more. If you have a specific size or configuration in mind that isn't in our standard lineup, we can often build it through our custom program.

Every coop comes fully finished with nesting boxes, roosting bars, a pop-hole door, and all hardware installed. Delivery and installation to your Central Texas property is included. You don't need to buy anything extra to get your flock moved in. Just add bedding and water.

These aren't budget materials. They're chosen specifically for longevity in outdoor conditions.

All openings including windows, vents, and run sections are covered with heavy-gauge galvanized hardware cloth, which resists chewing by raccoons and other predators far better than the thin chicken wire you find on lower-quality coops. The doors latch securely and the construction leaves no gaps for entry. We recommend burying a hardware cloth apron around the perimeter if you have persistent diggers like armadillos.

How does delivery work?

We bring the coop on a trailer and position it exactly where you want it on your property. Before your delivery date, we'll confirm the access path and placement location. The whole process typically takes under 2 hours from arrival to completion.

Yes, installation is included with every delivery. We don't just drop it off. We unload, position, and level the coop on your chosen site. If you have a gravel pad or concrete slab, we'll set it directly. If you're going on bare ground, we can advise on the best foundation approach.

Yes, a few things help the delivery go smoothly. The ground should be reasonably level (we can handle minor variations). There needs to be a clear path wide enough for our trailer and the coop, typically 10–12 feet minimum depending on the size.
